COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVE:

    Seeking an opportunity to provide Furniture & Artwork Installation, Warehousing, Distribution and Transportation services to your organization.

    Interstate Hotel Installation is a thriving company with over 20 years experience directly serving the Hospitality and commercial community.  Our company is a family owned operation, always adhering to a strong emphasis on team spirit coupled with commitment to the individual.  We specialize in all aspects of interior decor installation.  This includes all Furniture, artwork and unique or custom designed furnishings.  In addition, we provide complete installation services to any style of hospitality guest rooms, VIP Suites, lobby, office area, casino, bar, restaurant, lounge, buffet, and special function room.  Our vast experience over the years has taken us to a number of major hotels & casinos in the area.  In the last 2 years we have installed over 10,000 rooms.  These will be listed later.  Most importantly, we will work one on one with the designers and project managers to ensure that we provide the best possible professional service, that all your specific needs are met and that the entire operation runs efficiently and in a timely manner.  Also, in the event the need should arrive; we will provide complete furniture transportation from manufacturer warehousing and distribution.  We of course inspect all shipments, verify the status of merchandise and coordinate each load with project specifications.

BASIC SERVICES:

• Place all furniture in it's designated areas

• Placement and set-up of all Bed Frames and Mattresses

• Secure and mount all Headboards

• Secure and mount all Artwork, Mirrors, Bathrooms accessories

• Secure all Lamps onto Night Stands and Desks

• Secure all Artifacts and Icons

• Prepare a punch list of all areas, inspect and ensure everything is in order as specified for clients approval
